The ActionCOACH Business Health Check (BHC) – DIAG Online – One-Time Session (90 minutes) is a comprehensive diagnostic session designed to assess the current health and performance of your business across multiple key areas. Purpose of the Business Health Check

  • Evaluate your business’s strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
  • Benchmark your business against best practices and industry standards.
  • Lay the groundwork for strategic planning and performance improvement.
  • Provide a roadmap for future coaching, if desired.

What to Expect in the 90-Minute Session

1. Pre-Work: DIAG Assessment Tool - Prior to the session, you’ll complete an online diagnostic tool (DIAG) covering 6 key areas: 

  • Sales & Marketing,
  • Finances,
  • Operations,
  • Team & HR,
  • Systems & Processes, and
  • Leadership & Strategic Planning.

 

2. Live Online Session Structure

  • Introduction & Goals (10–15 mins)
    • Brief overview of your business, your role, and current challenges.
    • Set expectations for the session.

 

  • Diagnostic Review & Analysis (60 mins)
    • Coach walks through your DIAG results in each of the 6 areas.
    • Identifies what’s working, what’s not, and where the gaps or risks are.
    • Deep dive into 2–3 priority areas where you can gain quick improvements.

 

  • Strategic Action Plan & Wrap-Up (15–20 mins)
    • You’ll receive a summary of insights and a set of custom recommendations.
    • May include a 30/60/90-day roadmap or initiatives.
    • Discussion on potential next steps (e.g., regular coaching, workshops, or tools).

 

  • How to Prepare
    • To make the most of the session:
    • Complete the DIAG tool honestly and thoroughly before the call.
    • Bring your financials, org chart, and/or business KPIs if available.
    • Identify 1–2 critical concerns or goals (e.g., cash flow issues, team alignment, lack of systems).
